Are the funds in your paypal balance?

What funding source are you using?

Which option are you using to send it?

ok have you sent euros to her before and is her UK paypal account set up to accept euros?

Have you double checked the email address is correct without any spelling mistakes?

Have you verified your paypal email address?

Have you CONFIRMED a funding source ie card or bank account with the 4 digit code sent to your card or bank statement?
