Cannot withdrawl money from PayPal account. What can I do? I can’t reach paypal

I have a problem. I cannot get my money. On my PayPal account it said it was ebays fault. I called eBay. eBay said my funds are NOT being held.

paypal won’t release my money

i cannot get a live customer services person

my money is sitting there but I cannot get it.

what can I do?

is there a trick that don’t know? 

I just want my money
