Hi, I cannot verify my AMEX card.
This is the transaction description I have recieved in the AMEX website. It does not include the 4 digit code as per PayPal's description.
I have tried to get help using the chat window, but it keeps saying 'unaviable' when I begin typing my question.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
