Cannot transfer to debit card.

I have not been able to transfer anything to my debit card is there any fix for this?

Have you confirmed it with the 4 digit code?

Is the billing address on your card the same one as the Paypal account?

Have you withdrawn to this card before?

You can also withdraw to a bank account or request a cheque.

It does not let me get that far. I hit the transfer funds chose my card select the amount hit next and it either has an endless spin or it says there is a problem and the transaction was not complete.
