I am unable to transfer a payment to my bank. I can see the amount of the payment in the "money is waiting for you" section, but when I try to transfer it, no banks are available for me to transfer the money to.
I have received payment via PayPal from the same company for the last 3 months and always transferred it to the same bank. This month is the only time I've experience any issues. I have checked on my banks and they are all still linked to my PayPal account. I have also been making payments from PayPal with no issues.
