Cannot transfer money to my bank account

Hello everyone,

 

It's been over two weeks I cannot transfer money to my bank account. I get an error it's currently not possible. The chat service hasn't helped at all. Any way to fix this? 

 

If any PayPal representatives are reading this is pretty ridiculous and I would appreciate being able to use my account to transfer my own money out of PayPal.

Sometimes when this happens its a browser issue so have you tried to withdraw via the app instead?

OR another browser or device?
