I am trying to transfer funds to my bank account, but I get a page that says "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you."

If you are trying to withdraw your funds then you will need to withdraw them in your local currency and in the currency, your bank is registered in. This may be why you are not getting an option to convert them.
