Im using personal account and Im from the Philippines. For a couple of onths now I have no problems tranfering funds from Paypal to Visa debit card but now suddenly It seems that there is something wrong with it. I havent made any changes with my account. I first experience this last Friday June 14th then I tried it back today June 16th but still the same error.This is the error message that Im experiencing everytime I transfered funds "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later. transfer funds" I hope someone can help me out. Thanks
