Cannot link card

Hello,

I couldn't confirm the card I've add to my account.  So I deleted the card and tried to add it again now I get the message that my card is not accepted but this is the same card Ive been using all this time with Paypal.  Please help.

A card can only be added to a paypal account x3 times in its lifetime, so if you have withdrawn and added it more than once then you would time out.

Secondly if you couldn't confirm it the first time and couldn't add it the second time then it sounds as if its a card Paypal may not accept.

Thank you for your response.  I've used this card previously to make payments thats why I am totally surprised now that I wasn't able to confirm the card or add it again after I've removed it.
