Paypal will not accept my VISA card, I repeatedly get an error message saying "check card number and try again". I've checked it and tried multiple times, but no luck. Both VISA and my bank have verified that everything is active and correct with my card, but it still will not work. I can't get any effective assistance from PayPal when I message them. Any suggestions?
