I have been trying to withdraw our business funds of over £15k from Paypal since 22nd April and I cannot get a valid reason from customer services why I cannot access this. Every time I try to withdraw funds Paypal says it has encountered a problem. One customer service agent tells me it is a security measure another tells me there is a descrepancy with the account name. NON-ONE gives me a solution to the problem. This isnt a small amount of money and i worry that our cashflow now suffers and the company suffers too.
