Cannot connect more PayPal account(s) to bank account?

Hello there,

 

I'm trying to connect my bank account (local bank) to PayPal but it says I am unable to add/connect more for some reason.

I can add card(s) but I wish to connect an account in order to receive future payouts and so to withdraw money out of PayPal.

I'm sure I have already attached that particular bank account to a previous PayPal account/profile which I registered like 5-8 years ago but I know none about it, not even the email address I've used..

 

Please note that I own no company and I don't wish to register as a merchant, money that I want to move out of PayPal would come from affiliate/revenue sources on an unexpected basis.

A bank account can only be added to one PayPal account at a time so if the bank account was already added to a PayPal account and it wasn't removed and you have no access or forgotten the info to that PayPal account, then you're stuck. You'll need to prove to PayPal that you own that other account to gain access to remove the bank account by knowing some info about that old account.

 

Contact customer service for assistance: 

Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and be sure to select the PAYPAL GUEST option since you are locked out of that account. Do not be logged on to any account when accessing the guest option because they can't discuss another account through another account.
