Cannot confirm bank account

I clicked the confirm bank account link. When i have done this on several occasions, i don not get the code sent to my bank with the 1p deposit. How can i resolve this. I need to have a verified paypal to recieve funds from a company.

Is the bank you have added supported by paypal?

Is it a UK bank account?

Have you added that bank account to any other paypal account before?

Where are you checking for your code?

Can you confirm you added a bank account in the bank account section and not a debit card in the card section?

Yes it is supported. I had it linked before but for some reason it removed itself. I am checking recent activity and statements. This is the only paypal i have had and the same bank account all my adult life.

ok have you added and removed it more than twice in that bank accounts lifetime?

Have you had a failed bank transfer or negative balance at all recently?
