so im trying to send some money to a friend in Russia, and I live in the US. I do what I normally done for the past 10 times before and all of a sudden I get a error saying. "Sorry, this payment cannot be completed due to regulations. If you continue to encounter problems contact customer service." So I have and its taken a while (tbh I'm a bit impatient and want to fix it asap) so it there anyone out there that could help me out with this situation?
