I recently opened a Commerzbank account in Germany and, when tried adding it to my Paypal account, it said "Dieses Bankkonto kann keinen weiteren PayPal-Konten hinzugefügt werden.". I already added my Paypal account as a third-party bank in my Commerzbank online account, and it said it is "active". But when I tried adding my IBAN again on my Paypal, it still said the same message. What do I do? My Commerzbank acct is completely new and there are no other bank accounts on my Paypal.
