I am from the US but am currently living in the Czech Republic. I have an account for my American checking account and one for my Czech checking account. I was able to link my Czech checking account (so I can receive money to this account from PayPal) but when I try to link my debit card, it tells me that it is already linked to another account. It is not. I have triple checked my American account and it is no linked to it. These are my only two accounts. Since I cannot link my debit card, I cannot send money from my Czech account. Please help
You can't add another countries card to a country specific paypal account.
One of the few exceptions are you can link a U.S bank account to most other countries paypal accounts (but not a card).
Also you are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if 1 is personal and the other 1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you 'risk' them being limited so be careful.
