I've been trying for four days to withdraw my money from my account, and PayPal won't let me link a bank account or debit card for this purpose. I called support yesterday ands they said that they know this is an issue and will respond to me in 24-48 hours. They are not guaranteeing that the issue will be resolved by then, just that they will get back to me.
This seems outrageous, that I cannot withdraw my money, and I don't know when I will be able to.
