Cannot View PayPal Balance

The "Balance" ScreenI use to be able to view my PayPal balance on the summary screen; no longer do I see it. I also dont see it on the app anywhere. I go to the help page and and click "How do I read my PayPal Balance?" it then takes me to a new page that says "Click PayPal balance to see a detailed breakdown of different currencies and any held or pending payments." Clicking that blue link takes me to a blank page with no balances. I cannot view my PayPal balance anywhere meaning when I make payments through PayPal I cannot see if i'm charged on that balance or my credit card itself.

I have same issue. Even if the balance is 0, I feel like it should be shown somewhere.
