Cannot Transfer Funds from PayPal to our Bank Account

I follow the instructions to transfer funds from our PayPal account to our linked bank account and it does not work.

The form displayed shows 2 dropdowns - from and to

The dropdowns are inactive and I cannot even close the form without using the Back button.

This is fundamental to our use of PayPal - if I cannot move funds, what is the point of using PayPal?

Any suggestions?

I have tried contacting PayPal but (as expected) no response.

I have found a solution that may be handy for others.

I was using Firefox browser and it was not working so I decided to try MS Edge and it worked.
