This has become a nuisance already. Tried linking both my visa and mastercard several times, none of them seem to get through. Error message says, my card was declined. Called my bank and they told me that the amount coming in was 0.00 and it was approved. Can't seem to get thru paypal cs as well even with the OTP. Has anyone encountered this same problem?
