Cannot Link a bank account

When I enter my IBAN, it show an error message:

 

We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.

 

Can anyone help me?

Thank you for your post. 
I am sorry for the trouble caused. I can understand that you are facing an issue while linking your bank account with PayPal. In this case, we are suggesting you to clear the caches/cookies and try to make the payment after 72 hours, so If there any technical glitch or security blockage, it will get lifted and the linking process will go through.

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
