I tried Cashing in With my Gcash Account through paypal. I have 15 USD balance in my Paypal. My paypal account has already a linked bank account and Verified. But suddenly once i perform the Cash in Operation in Gcash from Paypal, there comes a notification saying Please make sure that my account is Activated or there are no security restrictions. Please help me. I really need the cash for my tuition. Thanks
