How do I cancel a transfer from PayPal to GreenDot card it said it was going to be incident however it's been sitting in pending forever

I wanted to transfer money from my PayPal account to my GreenDot card is that I could do that instantly for a fees however it stuck in pending and I can't access my money I want to cancel the transfer
