Hi, I’m in trouble because a buyer set me money but the transaction is still pending. I want to refuse this pending transaction for which I received and email confirmation from paypall. How can I do this. Is it possible or is the buyer that ha e to cancel his pending order? He do not know how to act me neither. Thank you very much for the help.
