Can't withdraw my Paypal balance for 7days now

Hello Paypal Community,

I have been using my Paypal account for years and for over the past 1 year been receiving some funds through it and withdrawing it through my linked card with the last time I did being on May 12. I have another balance to withdraw but its been failing since 24th May. Would someone suggest a fix?

Find the attached error I am getting.

NOTE: I have removed and readded the cards, I have cleared all cache, restarted my computer, my internet device but all these didn;t help.

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, I have reached Paypal Twitter support but they have suggested me everything that has worked either.

From waiting 72hrs to removing and re-adding cards.

Are you adding a credit visa which it has to be in your country?
