Can’t withdraw money

I have received a payment from a buyer from Depop. It says it is complete but the money is in a grey colour and not a solid black colour. I can’t find any option to withdraw this money? My bank account is linked etc

Before being able to withdraw your funds, you would need to be sure to see the amount in your 'Available balance'. If this is the case, you should be able to withdraw it by selecting the option below the balance itself. Please note that this option also depends on the Country where you registered your PayPal account. You can visit our 'Help Centre' or 'User Agreement' for more information.
