Can’t withdraw money

I have 10$ in my account I’m trying to withdraw and get back to my debit card and it keeps saying I’m exceeding the limit even if I try just 5$. Is there a minimum I can take or do anyone know why this is happening?

You can't withdraw to a card in your country, only to a linked bank account.

I’m confused, I’m pretty sure it is a linked account but I’m not sure how to tell. It’s my debit card bank account that I pay for my orders with. So I should be able to put money back on.

Click on your Paypal 'wallet', is your card / bank account in the CARD section and states visa or BANK ACCOUNT section and states current account?

ok then did you read the link I posted above as it says this.....

The minimum you can transfer to a bank account is $15.00 CAD.

Get a mate or family member to 'send' you a friends / family payment, as long as they use funds in their balance it should be free.

Then you can pay the back cash?
