Can't withdraw money to bank account

Hello, please help me I can't withdraw money to my bank account I try to transfer $500 usd to my bank but I got error msg. "Sorry, something’s not right. Please try again later." I have already contact PayPal they say withdraw money to another bank account. Then I try to add new bank account and still can't withdraw.
