Can’t withdraw funds!

I've been trying for 2 days to transfer my balance from paypal (in Euros) to my bank account in Mexico, but for some reason it is not working. I go on the withdrawing page, add the amount which I want to add to my bank account, and then I click continue and it just loads and stays on the same page... Is there something wrong on my side or paypals dude?

Can you withdraw euros to a Mexican bank account? I thought it had to be in your own countries currency.
