I have a huge problem with Paypal right now. I am completely unable to transfer my available balance to any of my cards or bank accounts. I have tried a debit card and a credit card which were both BOFA, so then I tried linking my actual BOFA bank account and it didn't work. I even attempted to link my parents' BB&T account, didn't work. Whenever I link them, they don't show up as eligible accounts for transfers. It says something like these banks and cards are not eligible for transfers. When I contacted Paypal support they did not provide anything close to a solution, so I am getting completely fed up. Has anyone experienced this and possibly have a solution? Thanks.
