I'm trying to withdraw funds to my bank account, but I need to verify via phone number if I really owner of paypal account, the problem is I don't have that number anymore and I've added new phone number and made it primary but when paypal verifying me it still using my old number and I can't remove my old number out of paypal too it's say "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later."
