Can't withdraw any funds from my account

Greetings,

I have created a PayPal account and somehow managed to mess up my nationality, I selected "United States", and now i need some kind of a social security number, which I don't have. I have already linked my credit card to the account, and the linking was successful, but i still cannot transfer funds from PayPal to my credit card. I tried contacting support about this issue, but all they told me was that I cannot change my nationality once my account is created, and that I should just "Close the account" instead. I would do that if i could, but that way I'll lose funds. Can you guys help ?

Why would you open a U.S paypal account if you don't live in the U.S?

That account is useless to you so yes close it (if you can) and open one in your own country.

Sadly you can't accept funds to a paypal account in another country.
