Hello everyone!
I have my PayPal account for a few years already, but have't really used it until recently, when I receive 2 small payments for some small freelancing tasks.
I have 28,35 EUR in my account totally, and today I tried paying for an offer on a legitimate website. Payment amount was 2 GBP. I received an error message that "there is a problem with your account. please contact us" or something like that.
Furthermore, I immediately tried a withdraw to my (confirmed) bank account, with no success, and the same error message displayed.
Any advice?
