My account is completely fine, not limitated, no suspicious activities, my bank account and credit cards are fine.
But when i want to transfer money to my bank account Im getting message:
There’s a problem
Right now, we’re not able to transfer the money to your bank.
And when I try to buy something using PayPal balance Im getting message:
We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method.
