Hey guys, I've had this problem since April 2019. I cant use my paypal account and I was told that after 180 days I can withdraw my money. It's been way more than 180 days but I cant send the money out of the account nor can I withdraw them to a credit card, I always get the error that "There's problem with your account. Please go to the resolution center so we can help you resolve this quickly.". When I do what's asked, I get this "
