No matter what I try to do I cannot use any of the money in my paypal wallet, trying to make a purchase? I’m sorry there was a problem, transfer money to bank? I’m sorry there was an issue, sending money to a friend? I’m sorry there was some random problem and we don’t care about your money as long as we have it, because I didn’t have any issues putting the money in my account but then I try to use it? Oh no there was some random problem but we can’t tell you what that problem is and our customer service isn’t currently open.
