Can't unlink bank account

Hello, I'm looking for help which I can't unlink my bank account. I already provided informations such as business address, billing statement, etc. And told me to wait 7 days. Now, it's been almost a year since the last time I provided the information. Funny how they didn't respond. Trying to look for customer service agent to talk to, but they don't have one. I hope anyone here can help me fix this problem. Thank you
