Can't transfer out of my Paypal account into bank.

Paypal is asking me to verify my acount but then it doesn't really do anything... I cant see my balance but i dont have the option to transfer to my bank account. Well i do, but nothing happens

Sorry that meant to say I CAN see my balance but then when i select tranfer to my bank account nothing happens

Are the funds in your local currency?

Are the funds cleared and not pending?

Have you clicked on 0.00 and imput the amount you want to withdraw?

Have you confirmed your bank account?

Does the name on your bank account exactly match the name on your paypal account?
