Can't transfer money to my account.

So I'm dead broke right now on my PayPal, my balance is 0. So when I click "Transfer Funds" to add money to my balance it just says "There's nothing to transfer now" So it completely blocks me from adding money to my balance. 

Anybody know another way or a fix?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! This is a great question. If you don't have any money in your PayPal account, you should be able to add money from a bank account or using a PayPal Cash MasterCard. Here's where you can find  information about how to add money and some things that may stop you from being able to add money.
