Can't transfer money to debit card

I have successfully transferred money to my debit card before. But when it tried to transfer money yesterday I got the message that request could not be processed. I tried to transfer money several times but still got the same message. However, it is possible to transfer the amount which is not exceeding $ 25. 
Any ideas what could be the problem or maybe anyone had the same issue?

Why can’t I transfer money to my bank account. I’ve done it many times before but now I keep getting told to check my details which I know are correct.
