That definitely sounds frustrating. 😞 Can you please provide more information or a screenshot of the error you're seeing? Make sure to block out any personal information, such as your name or account/card numbers.
It's possible you haven't verified your identity, which sometimes causes this issue. If so, you should have a notification at the top of your account page asking you for more information to complete the verification process.
