Can't transfer money to bank

I have a business PayPal account in US. Have been trying to transfer some of the funds to my linked bank account but there seems to be some sort of disconnect. Instead of allowing me to choose my actual bank account, it only shows my bank debit card link so no funds can be transferred. I have been trying to get through to an actual person at paypal for 4 days with no luck. Anyone know a way to fix this or is PayPal just shut down??

Hello @ChaseA

 

It sounds like you may need to complete the bank confirmation process. 

 

Here's how to confirm your bank account:

  1. Click Money near the top of the page.
  2. Click the "Ready to confirm" bank account you want to confirm.
  3. Click Confirm bank.
  4. Enter the exact amounts of the 2 deposits made to your account, then click Submit.
  • The random deposits are temporary and will eventually be debited from your bank account.
