I've been transferring money into my BOA account easily for years with my PayPal account. Suddenly, this April 2021, I can no longer transfer to my BOA account, it says the account is no longer available to accept transfers. This makes no sense. What is going on? What can I do to fix the situation. I am currently in Spain so I have had trouble getting ahold of customer service and the messaging application on the PayPal website is a joke. Has anyone else had a similar issue?
