I have more than sufficient funds in my account, but I am unable to make a transfer to my bank. Also-the balance available is incorrect. How do I get someone on the phone?
I am trying to transfer money that is clearly in the account and it keeps kicking me to a new blank tab on my computer. I did call the number for Paypal and am supposed to get a call back in 1 hour.
