Good day, I am from PH and trying to transfer my available funds to my gcash account but the system says I should contact paypal, I also tried transferring the funds to my bank and try sending the money to a diff paypal user but it still won't work. My account is not under any limitations. Please help this is so frustrating. Thank you!
