Can't transfer funds to my card

When I try to transfer funds it says my "credit card" isn't eligible for instant transfer. Also, I have no idea why it says credit card because I asked my bank and they said my card is NOT credit, it's a debit card. I'm so confused can somebody please help me.

Your credit card isn't eligible because its a debit card, try adding and withdrawing to a credit card which may be a requirement in your country.
