Can't transfer funds to Credit Cards any more, in Croatia.

I'm from Croatia.

I transferred money to the very same Credit cards (Mastercard) up until a month ago.

Suddenly today, Paypall tells me the cards aren't eligible any more for transferring funds.

"These can’t be used for transfers

Some banks and cards don’t accept transfers just yet."

What the hell?? Nothing about the cards or the banks they came from has changed since i last transferred money to them From the same Paypall account, why did it happen and how do i solve this?

I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues withdrawing funds to the cards you've been able to withdraw to in the past. I can understand how frustrating that can be. I have confirmed the current options to withdraw funds to Croatia are a US bank account or a Visa card issued in Croatia.
