Can't transfer balance to my account

I tried to transfer balance to my account but it says couldn't transfer. Please help me to recharge my account

You can't add funds via a card but you don't need to as a buyer.

If you have a linked and confirmed card then paypal will automatically take any funds from authorised purchases directly from that card.
