Can't set up bank transfer -- Accept Money and Transfer buttons are missing?

I have an established linked bank account, and have received some money in Paypal. I'm trying to send the money to my bank account. However I can find no way to do this! The Paypal directions say:

  1. On your Summary page, click Accept the Money. If you have a PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus account click Transfer Money.
  2. Click Transfer to your bank.

On my summary page, there is no "Accept the Money" or "Transfer Money" or "Transfer to your bank" clicks anywhere. I have looked all over the site. Where is this hiding??

Hi @Leucadia,

 

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. 

When you log in to your PayPal account you will see your balance on the main page. Right underneath the balance you will see the Transfer option. In the app it is in the same location. If you are not seeing this I recommend checking your transaction history to ensure that the money is available. Occasionally there may be a hold on a payment received.
