Can't send payments

Hi! I've sent payments before to my recipient last week. However, I can't send payments since last night. A pop-out appears saying "We can't send your payments right now. If the problem continues please contact Customer Support. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service."

What can I do to send my payments successfully? I didn't do anything differently with my previous payments.
